Evaluating damaged properties, preventing continued damage, restoring structures to their pre-loss condition, and acting as a beacon of hope for Clients. I Think I Get It.. What Does That Look Like Daily?:

Preparation and Organization
- Daily collaboration meetings with team.
- Stock assigned vehicle with materials and equipment accordingly.
- Process daily assignments, contact scheduled clients.
- Plan route, prepare job files, and dispatch.

Emergency Services
- Respond promptly to emergency restoration assignments/projects.
- Evaluate damage, assist in development of a Restoration plan.
- Safely remove debris, extract water, secure affected areas (as needed).

Remediation, Restoration, and Structural Drying
- Setup and document mitigation/restoration equipment.
- Develop and execute structural drying plans.
- Remediation/cleaning of contents and/or structure according to standards.
- Visit assigned projects daily to monitor progress.
- Ensure quality and safety standards are being met.

Communication, Documentation, and Processing
- Maintain a complete record of work performed with photos and notes.
- Effectively communicate with Clients, Team Members, and various other associates.
- Demonstrate empathy, patience, and strong listening skills when interacting with Clients.
- Update Daily Project Logs periodically.

Non-negotiables, Requirements:
- Display safe/sound judgement at all times, with/without direct supervision.
- High-effort attitude toward all tasks.
- Must show integrity, honesty, and accountability. Take credit for your "wins", and take responsibility for your "losses".
- Level 2, ("Lead") Technicians must have a valid Arizona Driver's License and an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to safely lift equipment, some over 50lbs, in various environments.
- Required participation in a rotating on-call schedule.

Important, But Not Necessarily Dealbreakers:
- HS Diploma, GED, or experience/training that may be considered equivelant.
- Experience in Restoration, Construction, or similar service-based industry is a plus.
- Customer Service or Hospitality experience is a plus (Restaurant/Bar, Retail Sales, Call Centers, etc..).
- Reliable transportation to/from Shop.
- IICRC or similar certifications are highly regarded, but not required.
- Advancement and career growth ops are aplenty for motivated employees.
